This is the first time we have requested the services of Innovate to conduct “Customer Service” training for our support staff. The participants found the course extremely useful and inspirational. Karina is very experienced in imparting information in a timely, efficient and relaxed manner. She used a diverse range of facilitation techniques to stimulate the students. The participants found it easy to remember and understand what they had learned. The results speak for themselves as results show significant positive change and efficiency within our staff. I must say the training offered has been very worthwhile and has exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call upon Innovate to conduct further training.
